1.事故現(xiàn)象
如圖1所示,在電廠側(cè)離電纜終端頭1m處(圖中Q點(diǎn))發(fā)生短路事故。熱電廠側(cè)10KV開關(guān)(熱氣一A112開關(guān))0.5s電流速斷保護(hù)動(dòng)作切除故障;氣體一變10KV的A進(jìn)線開關(guān)氣一熱A112開關(guān)發(fā)出“過(guò)電流閉鎖”信號(hào)閉鎖了備用電源自動(dòng)投入裝置,導(dǎo)致氣體一變A段母線失電。

2.原因分析
為防止變電所內(nèi)部(如10KV母線)故障,備用電源自動(dòng)投入裝置動(dòng)作將分段開關(guān)投入到故障點(diǎn),備用電源自動(dòng)投入裝置回路中設(shè)計(jì)了“過(guò)電流閉鎖”環(huán)節(jié)。變電所進(jìn)線開關(guān)以下(母線或出線電纜)發(fā)生故障時(shí),進(jìn)線開關(guān)的過(guò)電流保護(hù)啟動(dòng),立即斷開進(jìn)線開關(guān)的備自投裝置啟動(dòng)回路及分段開關(guān)的合閘回路。只要流過(guò)進(jìn)線開關(guān)的有效電流超過(guò)了過(guò)電流保護(hù)整定值,“過(guò)電流閉鎖”就立即斷開進(jìn)線開關(guān)的備自投裝置啟動(dòng)回路及分段開關(guān)的合閘回路,不需要等到開關(guān)跳閘再閉鎖。
在圖1 中,氣體變電所全是10kV大電動(dòng)機(jī),在Q點(diǎn)發(fā)生故障后,電動(dòng)機(jī)瞬時(shí)進(jìn)入發(fā)電再生狀態(tài),對(duì)故障點(diǎn)提供反饋電流,此反饋電流瞬時(shí)值大、衰減快,可能會(huì)超過(guò)進(jìn)線過(guò)電流保護(hù)值(未到整定的延時(shí)1.2s,開關(guān)不會(huì)跳閘),啟動(dòng)過(guò)電流閉鎖備用電源自投。
經(jīng)仿真計(jì)算,該反饋電流周期分量初始有效值為1933.5A,而氣一熱A112開關(guān)過(guò)電流定值為1344A、時(shí)間1.2s,故112開關(guān)“過(guò)電流閉鎖”瞬時(shí)動(dòng)作閉鎖了分段110開關(guān)自動(dòng)投入。

3.解決方法
(1)校核進(jìn)線開關(guān)整定值,看能否躲過(guò)電動(dòng)機(jī)群反饋電流。但如果將此保護(hù)定值抬得更高,要影響過(guò)電流保護(hù)的靈敏度。
(2)將進(jìn)線開關(guān)過(guò)電流保護(hù)繼電器改為方向過(guò)電流繼電器。電動(dòng)機(jī)的反饋電流不會(huì)啟動(dòng)方向過(guò)電流保護(hù),從而保證備自投裝置正確動(dòng)作。
(3)反饋電流具有瞬時(shí)值大、衰減快的特點(diǎn),將進(jìn)線開關(guān)“過(guò)電流瞬時(shí)閉鎖備自投裝置”改為“過(guò)電流帶延時(shí)閉鎖備自投裝置”。電網(wǎng)發(fā)生短路時(shí),反饋全電流衰減很快,通常在10個(gè)周波內(nèi)就可衰減至電動(dòng)機(jī)額定電流以下,所以可整定延時(shí)(本案例整定為0.2s)躲過(guò)電動(dòng)機(jī)反饋電流對(duì)備自投裝置裝置的影響。
